On the Horizon: I’m currently shaping the final artwork for our flagship Fat Bottom-1959 Humbuckers and working through a few supplier delays but with any luck we’ll have them available later next week! I’ve also been prototyping a new high output P-90 sized humbucker.

Most traditional neck pickups can sound too dark, and unusable on their own. The Little Buddy fixes that while keeping the warmth. It’s designed to be the ultimate companion to the Bo Twangles bridge, giving you an independent voice that doesn't just hide in the shadow of the bridge.
The Tone: Specially wound to be mid and Treble heavy—not bass heavy. It gives you a glassy, punchy, and incredibly articulate tone that sounds fantastic for clean rhythm or biting leads.
The Look: Features a beautifully branded base with a bright white background and bold red lettering, giving it a playful, vintage-branded look.

The Fat Bottom-1959 Humbucker
The legend that started it all. Before the outlaws and belles joined the lineup, the Fat Bottom-1959 was the very first pickup to roll off our bench. Inspired by the legendary 1950s 'PAF' designs, this humbucker is built for players who demand thick, vintage tone with an unmistakable, driving low-end punch.

The Fat Bottom-1959 pays tribute to the golden era of rock and roll. It delivers the smooth, warm mids and sweet highs of a classic late-50s humbucker, but with a specially calibrated low-end response. It stays tight and clear under heavy distortion, giving your riffs a massive, authoritative foundation that never turns to mud.
Artisan Styling
Just like our single-coils, the Fat Bottom-1959 abandons boring metal covers. It features our signature poured epoxy tops. Choose your favorite shimmering mica color from the drop-down menu to give your humbucker-equipped guitar a premium, boutique look.

The Secret is in the Blend
Standard sets use the same magnets all the way across. The Black-Eyed Susans use a custom blend of Alnico 3 and Alnico 5 magnets. This unique pairing balances the output across different string gauges. You get sweet, warm highs on your treble strings and snappy, tight clarity on your bass strings.
Built for the Modern Outlaw
These pickups are wound for vintage-flavored, low-output tone. They offer incredible tightness and clarity that begs you to crank up your amplifier. Each pickup features position-calibrated pole spacing and custom winding. This ensures perfectly balanced volume as you switch positions.

Hum-Canceling: The middle pickup is RWRP (Reverse Wound, Reverse Polarity) for silent operation in positions 2 and 4.
Vintage Build: Coils are wrapped in traditional cotton string.
